Comfort automation / An already renovated flat / Sevrier
The flat that keeps an eye on itself
A lake-view flat already renovated in a warm Nordic style: raw wood, pale tones, one single note of strong colour. The owners, often away, wanted comfort to follow their comings and goings without ever spoiling that balance with one switch, sensor or camera too many.

Real constraints
- A warm Nordic renovation already in place: no visible button or sensor could be allowed to spoil it.
- Departures often rushed, sometimes decided at the last minute: the heating ran at full tilt for nobody.
- Roof windows already fitted, but one remote per window: no way to close them from a distance in a heatwave or a storm.
- Heatwaves under the roof, through the roof windows: the heat built up before anyone noticed.
- Arming, disarming, sometimes forgetting: the security system produced more false alarms than peace of mind.
What we installed
9 key interventionsPresence detected with nothing on show
The phone reports presence, with no visible sensor or button: the clean lines stay intact, and nothing gives the technology away.

A network that watches its own devices
Every new device joining the flat's Wi-Fi triggers a notification: nothing gets onto your network without you knowing.

The projector controls the lights
As soon as the film starts, the living room lights go out by themselves. No more forgetting before the screening.
Cameras and sensors that arm themselves
Within the first minutes of an absence the cameras come on, then the motion sensors take over automatically.

A doorbell that follows you
Live video and audio on your phone the moment somebody rings, wherever you are: at home, in a meeting, or on the other side of the world.
Nothing goes unnoticed
Every sensor reports its battery level long before it dies, and an overheating anomaly in a room raises an alert as soon as the temperature stops behaving.
