We come to you and work out how the house is actually lived in: your routines, your rooms, what irritates you day to day. We also survey what is already there, network, electrics, existing equipment, so we build on sound foundations instead of replacing everything.
We draw a system for your property and the way you use it, not an offer taken off a shelf. You approve the equipment and the budget before anything starts.
We fit everything with care and discretion, respecting your interiors and their finishes. We coordinate the trades to keep disruption short and hold the agreed dates.
We take the time to show you how it all works, simply, until everyone in the house is comfortable with it. You are left with clear references that suit the whole family.
